‘The Grand’, Ward Place by Prime Lands Residencies recognised at National Construction Awards

Prime Lands Residencies PLC announced that ‘The Grand’ – Ward Place, its luxury apartment development in Colombo 07, was recently recognised at the Sri Lanka National Construction Awards, organised by the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA).

‘The Grand’ – Ward Place is now fully sold out, having been successfully completed and handed over to its residents, marking a significant milestone for the development.
