SLT-MOBITEL triumphs with Silver at ‘SAFA Best Presented Annual Report Awards’

SLT-MOBITEL, the National ICT Solutions Provider, was honoured with the Silver Award at the SAFA Best Presented Annual Report Awards, Integrated Reporting Awards and SAARC Anniversary Awards for Corporate Governance Disclosures 2024, in the Communication and Information Technology category. The awards ceremony took place in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The award was conferred by the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) following rigorous evaluations conducted by SAFA’s Committee for Improvement in Transparency, Accountability and Governance of the South Asian Federation of Accountants, in recognition of SLT-MOBITEL’s Annual Report for the financial year of 2024. Thushara Amaranath, Manager Marketing and Gayathrika Sachinthani, Accountant Financial Accounting and Taxation, were present to accept the award on behalf of SLT-MOBITEL.

The achievement highlights SLT-MOBITEL’s excellence in financial and corporate governance reporting throughout South Asia, competing against leading organizations from eight nations including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
