Construction of Central Park Boulevard Port City Colombo, Home Lands Group’s ultra-luxury twin-tower development in the coveted Central Park District of Port City Colombo, is progressing well ahead of planned timelines, having already completed 100% of piling work in just 88 days since construction began, working day and night. The construction of 192 piles in total was successfully completed with the deployment of 9 piling machines supported by the contractors’ extensive fleets and expertise.
Construction now progresses on to the superstructure building stage, with the delivery of Central Park Boulevard Port City Colombo expected in 36 months hereon, driven by Home Lands’ unwavering commitment to delivering projects on time upholding its impressive and unparalleled track record of having already delivered over 3,750 units across multiple large-scale developments.
