AIESEC in University of Kelaniya is set to host its flagship leadership forum, Challenge Every Opportunity (CEO 2025), on July 23, 2025 at the Main Auditorium of the University of Kelaniya. The event will bring together over 300 young leaders, from across the country for a day of insight, empowerment, and action.

CEO 2025, now in its third edition, is a national initiative by AIESEC in Sri Lanka, a unit of the global AIESEC international, present in over 108 countries and committed to youth leadership development since 1948. Locally it has a strong presence in 19 universities with over 1,600 active members.

This year’s forum will feature a one-day physical workshop experience focused on leadership and entrepreneurship development. Delegates comprising university undergraduates, prefect guilds, and school students will be exposed to interactive workshops focused on leadership and entrepreneurship, engaging keynote sessions from inspiring leaders, collaborative sessions addressing global and local issues and networking opportunities. The event aims to inspire participants to become socially responsible leaders who make meaningful change in their communities.

AIESEC in University of Kelaniya, established in 1998, has consistently focused on developing young leaders by offering impactful initiatives and international exchange opportunities.

As youth leadership becomes increasingly critical in today’s rapidly evolving world, CEO 3.0 serves as a powerful reminder of the potential young people hold to own the future they wish to shape.

As the countdown begins to one of the most anticipated youth forums of the year in Sri Lanka, AIESEC in University of Kelaniya invites media partners, educational institutes, and corporate stakeholders to collaborate in amplifying the voices of future leaders.
