Doc990 implements digital queue system for pharmacy services at Galle National Hospital

The implementation addresses high patient volumes at one of Sri Lanka’s busiest healthcare institutions in the Southern Province, where structured queue management is essential for efficient service coordination.

The system enables patients to receive a queue number upon arrival and track their position through digital screens placed in the counter premises. The solution supports improved visibility in patient flow while reducing congestion around pharmacy service counters.

Hospital staff are supported through real-time backend capabilities that allow queue management and coordination of services, enabling more efficient handling of patient volumes across pharmacy operations.
